Delivery by Federal Express may be expedited to most destinations for delivery within 2 - 3 business days from receipt of your order. Expedited delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands). Some of our products require special handling and are subject to federal, state and local regulations regarding their transport or shipment. Item Availability If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder at the time you place your order, we will contact you regarding further handling. Returns policy Your satisfaction is Florame's priority. Therefore, it is our policy to issue a full refund to the card used for purchase for unopened merchandise whose return is postmarked within 15 days from the date of purchase. For unopened merchandise whose return is postmarked between 16 and 30 days from the date of purchase, we may issue store credit or product exchange. We issue no cash refunds for items purchased online. All items must be unopened and accompanied by the original receipt.
